WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You can track your order here: gls-group.eu/IE/en/parcel-tracking .You can find tracking number in your email from us, also from GLS and If you're registered on our website you can find it in My account. If you didn't receive your order within 3 working days in Ireland, please contact us and we will contact GLS courier. If you're from the EU or UK please wait at least 5 working days. If you won't receive your order after that time please contact us here: service@divamoda.ie
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We've got you covered! We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, Electron, Paypal, You can be assured that shopping with DivaModa is safe! We’re a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
can I cancel my order?
you can cancel your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, just email our customer care team here: service@divamoda.ie please note, orders are processed promptly to ensure next day delivery, so don’t be disappointed if it has shipped, just send it back and we will issue you with a refund, excluding postage.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We offer an exchanges. Items shipped to Ireland only can be exchanged.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size / style then let us know within 1 day of receiving the item so that we can reserve the requested item for you.

We can offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or color, or an item costing the same as your original purchase. However unfortunately we cannot exchange an item for a more expensive item.

Just send the item back to us : Diva Moda, Roselawn Lodge, Rathass, Tralee, V92 DK64, Ireland , after receiving an item we'll send the exchanged one to you and also we'll email you your tracking number.

PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE ON INVOICE ABOUT EXCHANGE.

If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund excluding the original shipping charge to your account. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.

I’ve forgotten to use my discount code, what can I do?
Unfortunately, we can’t apply a discount code after an order has been processed. you can keep this code until it expires and use it on another purchase.
why won’t my discount code work?

Please check that the discount code you are using is applicable to the product you have in your basket, for example, discount codes won’t always give further discounts to items already in the sale section or it has expired

Please note only one discount code can be applied per order.

I entered the wrong email address when I placed my order, can I change it?
Unfortunately, we can’t change your email address once your order has been placed, but our customer care team can send you your tracking details if you let them know what’s happened: service@divamoda.ie
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, you can change your shipping address, just email our customer care team here: service@divamoda.ie please note, orders are processed promptly to ensure next day delivery, so drop us an email as soon as you can.
I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?
if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, you can change your size, just email our customer care team here: service@divamoda.ie please note, orders are processed promptly to ensure next day delivery, so don’t be disappointed if it has shipped, just order the correct size and send the wrong size back and we will issue you a refund, excluding postage.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

IRE & NI: 1-2 working days, usually arrives next working day €4.50

EU: 3-7 working days: from €14.90 to €24.90 ( see at checkout )

UK ( England, Scotland, Wales) : 2-5 working days: €9.90 | 2-3 working days: €11.90

UNITED STATES: 7-14 working days: €28.90

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

EU deliveries – All orders to EU addresses don't pay any customs or import duties as we're based in Europe, Ireland

Non-EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your DivaModa parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of DivaModa's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

After, receiving an item we'll issue a refund back to your account, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
